Orders within mainland United Kingdom

Orders up to 1 kilogram:

	We use the postal service from Royal Mail, or courier service from Hermes to deliver orders up to 1 kilogram.

	Both Royal Mail and Hermes aim to deliver within two to three working days.

	All orders are sent recorded delivery, and you will need to sign for it. The postman may be able to fit the order through the letterbox if you are not there to sign for it.

Orders over 1 kilogram:

	We use a courier service from companies such as DPD or UK Mail to deliver orders over 1 kilogram.

	Delivery from the couriers is typically made within two to three working days.

	This is a tracked service, and you will need to be present to sign for it.

Orders to offshore UK, USA, Europe and the rest of the world*

Orders up to 1 kilogram:

	We use an Airmail service from Royal Mail or Hermes to deliver orders up to 1 kilogram.

	Royal Mail and Hermes aim to deliver within one week, though it can take up to two weeks.

	All orders are sent recorded delivery, and you will need to sign for it. The postman may be able to fit the order through the letterbox if you are not there to sign for it.

	If you are located outside of the EU, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes before or after the delivery is released to you. Please check with your local customs office for further information regarding this.
